At Big Jerm's Mobile RV Service (“Big Jerm’s RV”), we take pride in delivering dependable RV repair, rental, and consignment services. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, please review our updated policies below.

• Refunds for parts or services are available within 7 days if the item is defective or not as agreed.
• Labor charges are non-refundable once completed unless proven faulty.
• Proof of purchase is required for any refund, which will be issued to the original payment method.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), checks, and PayPal (when applicable).
• Full payment is expected upon completion of service unless written prior arrangements are made.
• For large repairs or special part orders, a deposit of 50%-100% may be required.

Card on File Policy:

• If no one is present during service, a valid credit card must be kept on file.
• If payment issues arise, future appointments will require a card on file before scheduling.

• Shipping costs for ordered parts will be disclosed upfront.
• Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, though special orders may take longer.
• If parts arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours for resolution.

• We safeguard your personal information (name, contact details, payment data) and use it solely for service-related purposes.
• Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

• Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.
• We strive to respond within 24 hours. For urgent matters, please call directly.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a $100 fee.
• No-shows without notice will be charged the full service call fee.

• All parts and labor are covered under a 90-day warranty against defects unless otherwise specified.
• Warranty excludes misuse, neglect, or pre-existing conditions.

• We expect courteous and respectful communication.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals exhibiting abusive or disruptive behavior.

• Each new issue is subject to a $100 diagnostic fee, which includes one hour of labor ($150.00).
• Big Jerm’s RV may waive additional service call fees at its discretion, except for the initial one.
• Emergency services incur an additional $100 fee.
• All prices include labor and parts; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• If new issues are discovered during service, we’ll update you with revised estimates before proceeding.

Discretionary Service Call Policy:

• Big Jerm's RV reserves the right to apply, waive, or discount the standard $250 service call fee based on the nature of the repair and his discretion.

• Please be on time or notify us if you’re running late, or you may be charged.
• Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
• Appointment confirmations are sent 24 hours in advance, except on Emergency Calls.

• Services are subject to technician availability and part inventory.
• We’ll notify you of any delays due to scheduling conflicts or backorders.

• If you’re dissatisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days at 423-417-1505 or info@bigjermsrv.com.
• We’ll work promptly to resolve any concerns.
• If you do not agree to our Policies, please let us know before any verbal or written agreement and we will try to make other arrangements, including finding a more suitable repair option/company for you. You have the right to seek alternative repair options, up until the point of verbal or written agreement. At that point, we will consider it as "binding" and expect you to uphold your agreement, as we will do our best to uphold ours. Moreover, we reserve the right to seek legal resolution and restitution in the event that an agreement is broken, up to and including a "Mechanics Lien", especially for non-payment for services rendered by Big Jerm's RV.

• For safety reasons, technicians will not access roofs or elevated areas during adverse weather (rain, snow, fog, strong winds, etc.). It is not safe, and we will find a more suitable time to return.
• Roofing work is only performed when surface temperatures are between 40°F and 120°F.
• RV owners must disclose any roof damage, poor maintenance, or compromised rooftop components. Failure to do so may result in service refusal or additional fees.

• Rental rate: $150 per night on small units.
• Minimum rental period: 3 nights on any rentals.
• Rentals are subject to availability and require a signed rental agreement.
• Security deposit and cleaning fees always apply on any unit, no matter what an employee tells you.

• Big Jerm’s RV offers consignment services for RV owners.
• Our fee is the greater of $1,500 or 10% of the final sale price.
• Consignment terms are outlined in a separate agreement and include marketing, showing, and handling of buyer inquiries. Big Jerm's RV does not disclose our procedures for advertising or showings on any consignment agreement. It is solely and privately standard business practices at our discretion.

• Big Jerm's RV has access to a designated lot for RV storage, display, or service.
• He may relocate RVs to this lot at his discretion for repairs, rentals, or consignment purposes.
• Big Jerm's Lot, located at 416 West Main Street, Mt Carmel, TN 37642, is secured by camera and or video and audio surveillance at all times and we reserve the right to trespass or prosecute anyone and everyone causing any disturbance, or issues on the lot, whether in-person or by audio and video. This includes violence, anger, arguing, threats, loitering, solicitation, verbal or non-verbal, hand gestures, or anything that any employee has asked any person to cease and desist or stop doing.
• Big Jerm's RV is first and foremost a Mobile Limited Liability Company but reserves the right to use the land in only manners that they see fit and at their discretion.
